Burpees are one of the most effective exercises for building muscle and burning fat. The are definitely challenging however can provide some huge benefits all round. They key to the burpee like all exercises is the form.  Key tip is to try and keep breathing through the movement and also keep your knees away from your chest as you come up. There are many different variations to the burpee and this video will give you many different ones. If you are looking for some ideas on how to use this video here is a tip. Select 4 of your choice. Do each burpee type for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. Do the next type and circuit through each one using the same format for 2omin. This should give you a really good full body workout.
